Return and Refund Policy
How refunds and returns work for the BizBlasts platform, and how each independent business that uses BizBlasts sets its own customer-facing return policy.

1. BizBlasts Subscription Fees
BizBlasts subscription fees and one-time service fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current billing period.
We may offer specific promotional refund terms from time to time (for example, a money-back window for a new plan). Any such offer is limited to its stated terms and may be denied for abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or material violation of our Terms of Service.
2. Cancellations and Downgrades
You can cancel your BizBlasts subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. When you downgrade to a lower tier, premium features (such as custom-domain hosting) may stop working at the start of the next billing period.
3. Goods and Services Sold by Independent Businesses
Many transactions on BizBlasts are between an end customer and an independent business that uses our platform. For those transactions:
- The transaction is between the customer and the underlying business, not BizBlasts.
- Each business sets its own return, refund, exchange, cancellation, no-show, and deposit policies.
- Each business is responsible for honoring those policies, communicating them to its customers, and complying with any applicable consumer-protection laws.
Customers should look for return and cancellation terms on the product or service page, in the cart, or in published policy pages on the business’s site, and should contact the business directly to request a return or refund.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). When a customer disputes a charge, the payment provider’s dispute process applies. The business that received the payment is responsible for responding to the dispute and providing evidence; BizBlasts is not a party to the underlying transaction. BizBlasts platform fees may not be refundable on disputed transactions.
5. Refund Tools for Businesses
The BizBlasts dashboard provides tools to help businesses issue refunds for orders, bookings, deposits, and tips processed through the platform. Use of those tools is governed by the business’s own policies and by the payment provider’s rules.
6. Changes
We may update this Return Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the site and updating the effective date above.
