My name is Ben and I am mobile massage therapist. I have been massaging since 2017. Before I went to massage school I received my Bachlors degree in Exercise Science at ASU. I am a skilled and compassionate massage therapist specializing in deep tissue massage and injury prevention, with strong focus on helping clients recover from physical strain, improve mobility, and avoid future injuries. With a deep understanding of muscular anatomy and biomechanics, I tailor each session to address chronic tension, postural imbalances, and soft tissue dysfunction. Løsne (loose-na) is a dutch word which translates to make or become less tight or tense or less worried. I went to Europe in summer of 2019 and was captivated by their idea of wellness. Massage therapy isn't just a luxury—it’s a powerful tool to support healthy aging. By improving circulation, easing joint stiffness, and reducing stress, it helps maintain mobility, manage pain, and enhance overall well-being as we grow older.

Ben takes a very professional approach to private or in-home massage.
